2025-2026 Teacher Leadership Fellowship OverviewÌý
The Texas Education Agency (ÂÜÀòÉç) Teacher Leadership Fellowship (TLF) is a highly engaging yearlong fellowship designed to strengthen teacher leadership pathways at the state level and increase meaningful opportunities for teachers to shape the profession. Ìý
The TLF will meet for an in-person kickoff in Austin in July 2025 and will meet virtually from August 2025-June 2026. Fellows will have the opportunity to continue their fellowship for a second year. Teachers in the fellowship will develop their leadership skills, collaborate with educators across the state and provide timely input to ÂÜÀòÉç staff on state-level programs and practices.
All travel expenses for teachers will be covered, and teachers will receive a $1500 stipend for participating in the fellowship.

Application ProcessÌý
Teachers interested in the fellowship should submit their by Tuesday, March 4th. To be eligible for the program, teacher applicants must currently serve as a certified Texas teacher of record, have a minimum of two years of teaching experience, and plan to remain in a classroom teaching role for the 2025-2026 school year. Information regarding the selection timeline can be found below.
